Services:

During your weekly/bi-weekly visits Honey I’m Home Concierge performs a visual home watch inspection of your property looking for obvious issues. When problems arise, Honey I’m Home Concierge will work with you to stop the issue immediately and begin the repairs.

Home Watch Inspection reports (photos included):

We proudly use Iauditor reporting software, endorsed by the National Home Watch Association. The report you receive after each visit will be time, date, and location stamped, complete with descriptions and photos of everything we inspected.

Exterior:

  • Storm preparation and post storm assessment

  • Visual inspection of lawn, landscaping, & lanai

  • Check for obvious visual damage to home, roof, gutters, and property

  • Remove flyers/junk mail

  • Visually inspect that pool and spa has been maintained by provider(add water if necessary)

  • Turn on and off water main (per client request)

  • Security check for looking for signs of vandalism on doors and windows

  • HVAC drip line visual inspection looking for clogs or excess water

  • Fuse Box / Electrical Panel – Inspect for any tripped circuit breakers and reset if necessary.

  • Check smoke detectors for proper operation, replace batteries as needed.

  • Visual property check for insects and pest damage

  • Start and run garaged/stored vehicles

Interior:

  • Measure humidity levels and check for visual signs of early mold damage

  • Verify thermostat settings (per client request) and operation

  • Check doors, windows and sliders for visible water leaks and to ensure they are secured

  • Flush and brush toilets

  • Run faucets, check garbage disposal for proper functioning and check for leaks under sinks

  • Check ceiling fans for low speed to circulate air

  • Visually check all ceilings, room corners, and baseboards for signs of water damage/intrusion or moisture using bright 350+ lumen flashlight

  • Visually check smoke detectors for proper operation and replace batteries as needed

  • Visually inspect water heater for leaks and rust markings

  • HVAC system will be checked to ensure cold air is blowing and drip pan will be checked for sitting water

  • Air filters will be checked and changed as needed (per client request)

  • Refrigerators, freezers, and wine coolers will be checked for proper cooling

  • Check for signs of insects or pests

  • Sort mail and notify the homeowner of pertinent mail via photos or texts

  • Small packages may be sent to Honey I’m Home Concierge for safekeeping until next home watch visit
